1.Photosensitive powder:
Photosensitive material irradiated by sunlight or UV(ultraviolet) changes its color. But when it loses sunlight or UV, it will come back to primary.

2.Basic color: Purple,Red,Blue,Yellow.

3.Usage of Photosensitive color material:

Coating:The suggested proportion of photosensitive pigment is 6-20%, suitable for  all types of surfaces coating products, including, ABS paint, PVC paint and water-borne paint and etc.

Ink:The suggested proportion of photosensitive pigment is 15-30%, suitable for all kinds of printing materials, including fabric, paper, synthetic film, glass, etc.

Plastic production:The suggested proportion of photosensitive pigment is 0.8%, suitable for all types of plastic injection, extrusion molding. 

4.Notes:

a.Selected material based on PH value of 7 to 9 would be best.

b.Photosensitive color material is created by light fatigue,caused by UV overexposure and high humidity. It is suggested to add light absorbent and antioxident to increase light fatigue.

c.Photosensitive color material used by additive,absorbent,inhibitor improve light fatigue. But the proportion of the additive is based on the use of media, depending on the error proportion will accelerate the light fatigue occur.

d.Photosensitive color material does not contain harmful substances to human body, consistent with safe toys and food packaging specifications.

5.Additional information:

A. It can change colorless into colored or change a color into another color.

B. Test report:Our company photosensitive production all through the SGS,ROHS,6P and Bisphenol  A test,it can used in foodstuff package toys and clothing.

6. Other things:

1.Temperature no more than 200ºC in injection .

2.It can add some diffuse oil or diffuse powder when you use it ,after stirring,and then add moderate photosensitive powder to stir.

3.Addition ratio of 0.5% -0.8%.

4.Sometimes blue photosensitive powder will change into purple when it used in PP,but it can be solved appropriate when it change PP material used in practical application.

Re: For small quantity, we will deliver by courier(FedEx, TNT, DHL, etc) and it usually will cost 3-7 days to your side. If you want to use special line or air shipment, we can also provide and it will cost about 1-3 weeks.
For large quantity, shipment by sea will be better. For transport time, it needs 3-40 days, which depends on your location.
